1. **Low Price Match Guarantee**  
   The Low Price Match Guarantee is limited to one price match per item per guest and does not apply to Limited Stock, Out of Stock, Deal of the Day/Hourly Deals, Sale, Bundles, Free gifts, Coupon Promotions, Cash back, Debit/Credit Card Offers, or Occasions/Festivals (National Day, New Year, Eid, etc).

2. **Order Errors**  
   Sometimes we may face errors such as Pictures, Information, Pricing, etc., of the Products on the website at the time of System Update. In such cases, Mobile2000 has full rights to cancel the order/purchase. Mobile 2000 will try to resolve such errors in the best way possible and also expects support and cooperation from the customer in such cases.

3. **Personal Information**  
   We do not consider anonymized information to constitute personal information as it cannot be used to identify a specific person. We collect personal information from you when you use mobile2000.com or its related websites and services (Site).     Our Low Price Guarantee is our promise to guests who buy directly from our Website. If you find a lower price from any of our online competitors in Kuwait, please save their website Link/URL or Screenshot and email it to our customer service team at orders@mobile2000.com.

14. **Product Descriptions and Pricing**  
    Mobile 2000 attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Mobile 2000 does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Mobile 2000 is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

15. **Disputes**  
    Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of Mobile 2000, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Mobile 2000, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

**Shipping Policy**
We offer multiple shipping methods covering all areas of Kuwait, with the fastest delivery within 29 minutes:

1. Delivery within 29 Minutes
2. Ultra Express (delivery within 1 hour)
3. Super Express (delivery within 2 hours)
4. Express Delivery (delivery within 4 hours)
5. Same-Day Delivery (delivery within 24 hours)
6. Store pickup

**Payment Methods and Refunds**
We process payment from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, accepting various payment methods including k-net, Visa and cash on delivery. If we are unable to supply the products, we will promptly notify you via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued if you have already made payment for the products.

**Cash on Delivery**
- We provide our Registered Users with the flexibility to pay for their ordered products either by cash or card upon delivery at their specified address, if they choose this service during the checkout process.
- Cash payments are to be made directly to our driver upon receipt of the ordered products.
- Customers wishing to pay via K-net, Visa,  are required to contact our customer support team at 1852000 after placing their order.
- Upon receipt of full payment, our driver will deliver the products along with the invoice.
- Please note that we do not accept payments by cheque, gift vouchers, or discount coupons as substitutes for cash or card when utilizing the Payment on Delivery option. (Discount coupons, if applicable, must be applied before checkout).
- To ensure timely delivery, customers will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.
- If our distribution department is unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- The Payment on Delivery option may not be available for all products but is offered for selected products, which you can verify in the shipping information before placing your order.
