We at Mobile2000 we are dedicated to offering you a shopping experience that leaves you happy and satisfied. Therefore, if you wish to return or exchange a product or want a refund, we are here to help you in every way possible.

Return Policy

1. Time Frame should not exceed 14 days from the date of receipt.

2. The original Invoice/Original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges; a valid photo ID is also preferable.

3. Product should not be opened and should be in its original condition.

4. Returned products must be as new condition, in original packing and with warranty cards, manuals & accessories.

5. When a promotional item is returned (in case of the promotion duration is passed), the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Free Items that were given with purchased items must also be returned, and if those free of charge items were not as new, there might be an additional charges.

7. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of the refund.

8. Some customers will be warned that subsequent returns will not be eligible for returns or exchange.

 

mobile2000 reserves the right to deny any return or exchangeNon-returnable Items:Any type of Digital Cards such as iTunes, PSN, Xbox, Google Play etc. Consumable items just like batteriesMicrophones, chargers and similar products

Items that are damaged & abused items that are missing accessories such as remote controls, cords & cablesOpened computer software & video games

 

Return Process:

1. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.

2. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories

3. The original Invoice/Original receipt should be available.

4. Visit any mobile2000 Service Center in kuwait

5. Indicate the reason of the return and get report.

6. Submit report to customer service to initiate bank refund. The bank refund will take 7-14 days.|

More on your refund

  • The refund will be made to you through the same mode of payment as you have chosen for the initial payment. The refund may be reflected in the next billing cycle once the returned product is verified by the concerned experts at Mobile2000.
  • You will have to return any free or promotional products as you may have received along with the said product.
  • If the product return or refund does not comply with our policy, we, at mobile2000 reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or even deny the request for return or refund.
