🔗 How do I connect my Q20i headphones to a second device using Multipoint?

  1. After connecting the headphones to a Bluetooth device, double-click the power button.
  2. The headphones will re-enter pairing mode, play the pairing prompt, and the blue light will flash quickly.
  3. Search for the headphones on the second device and complete the pairing process.
  4. The second device can only be connected when the first device is inactive.
  5. If the first device is sending or receiving audio, the headphones will not enter pairing mode for the second device.
  6. During calls, the play/pause button can be used to manage the current or waiting call depending on the connection status.
  7. The play/pause button responds to the last active device.
  8. If the first device is playing music and the second device receives a call, short-press the play/pause button to answer the call. After the call ends, music from the first device will resume.

Note: If one device loses its connection while using Multipoint, the reconnection period is 10 minutes, while the LED displays the status of the device that remains connected.

🔇 Is noise cancellation available when using AUX-in?

No. Noise cancellation is not available while the headphones are being used in AUX mode.

🎙️ Can I make a call using the AUX cable?

The AUX cable does not have a built-in microphone. However, you can make calls using the microphone on the connected device while using the headphones with the AUX cable.

🔇 Why can I still hear voices when using noise cancelling mode?

The noise cancellation system is mainly designed to reduce low-frequency noises, such as machinery and air-conditioning sounds. Human voices are more difficult to eliminate, so they may not always be reduced effectively.

👂 Why are voices quiet when using Transparency mode?

The Q20i Transparency mode is designed to allow natural external sounds to pass through at a low level. When there is little or no audio playing through the headphones, surrounding voices can be heard clearly, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings without removing the headphones.
